Questions about Laser Tag…

How old do I have to be to play laser tag at LAZER X TREME?

          All players must be at least 6 years old to play.

Do I need to bring anything special to play?

No, we provide all the equipment needed to play laser tag, just come ready to have fun!

How should I dress?

Laser tag is a physical game so we recommend that you dress in comfortable clothing, a lot of players prefer to wear black so they can hide in the arena. Your shoes can limit your ability to play, so we recommend a closed toed athletic shoe. Shoes with wheels are not allowed in the arena.

How many people can play at time?

Our laser tag arena is 10,000 square foot and can accommodate up to 32 players in a single game.

How long does a laser tag game take to play?

Each laser tag game takes about 22 minutes to play including a video instruction period and equipment handling.

Can I reserve a play time?

Games are always sold on a first come basis,  you can always prepurchase game tickets to guarantee  your group  plays together. Games tickets can not be rescheduled or refunded.   

How does an ALL DAY PASS really work and why are they sold on a limited basis?

All day pass players fill out our laser tag games. They are the last to be given a ticket for a game as long as there is space available.

For example… if we have 32 packs in play and 28 people have purchased tickets for the next game only 4 all day pass players can join them.  Any other all day passes players must wait to see if there is room left in the next game after all walk-in players have had a chance to purchase their tickets. ALL DAY PASS PLAYERS DO NOT HAVE PRIORITY and are not guaranteed play, because of this, we limit the number of passes sold so that everyone can enjoy their day playing laser tag.

Questions about Birthday Parties and Private Events…

When can I arrive to set up the room?

            You can arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled

             start time to set-up.

Is Two hours enough time for a birthday party?

Two hours is plenty of time, here what your schedule would look like for a double mission party (let’s assume your party starts at 1 pm).

  1:00  Greet Guests

  1:15  First Game begins with video instruction

  1:40  Back to the Room for a Food Break

  2:00  Play more LASER TAG!

  2:20  Back to the Room for Cake & Ice Cream 

  2:45  Parents pick up guests

  3:00  Check-out       

Can I bring in food?

Yes, a lot of parties order pizza; we can help with local shops that deliver to us on a regular basis.

How can I store ice cream or ice cream cakes?

          We do have a freezer to help you store

          frozen items.

Are there any restrictions?

            Yes, you can not bring in Alcohol, Silly String

            or Confetti.  

How large are the party rooms?

We have two party rooms that can comfortable seat 10-16 people and a third party room that can seat 17-24 people.

Will my party play laser tag alone?

No, all of our laser tag games are open to the public. Please review our Private Events program if exclusive play is important to your group.  

What is required to reserve a party room or private event?

A $25 deposit is required for any reservation, all times and rooms are on a first come basis and can not be held without the required deposit.

What if I need to reschedule?

            Any changes with your event requires a

           48 hour notice, cancellations with less than

           the required notice will result in a loss of deposit..
